無理要求二三事

心中的那把尺(那條線)究竟要如何拿捏?
明知是民眾無理要求,是否要為此放下既定規矩?
接到客訴後,是否又要為此低聲下氣地道歉?!

I did double checked the time. I used walky talky to tell the crew that I will make the close time broadcasting when 15 minutes left. Then, I made the final call announcement, and went downstairs, the crew already took out the Qline placed on the front door.
